H R e Hamann modificano la BMW serie 7 e Hartge non è da meno
Qui da noi ci piace il lusso e così abbiamo pensato di portare alcune immagini delle prime fasi di attività di messa a punto sulla nuova BMW serie 7.
Il primo esempio è quello dellazienda H&R che si è unita con lazienda Hamann, hanno unito le forze per produrre questa auto mettendo in luce le loro abilità sulla vettura bavarese. H&R ha aggiunto un nuovo set di molle che abbassa la vettura di circa 4 centimetri senza la perdita della precisione di guida, inoltre sono stati aggiunti distanziali alle ruota così da spostare la ruota fuori dal centro, di fatto ampliando la posizione del veicolo e abbassando il suo centro di rollio. La prossima vettura invece è stata modificata dallazienda Hartge e il modello si chiama "Hartge Classic" e presenta ruote da 22 pollici combinate con pneumatici 265/30 ZR 22 davanti e 295/25 ZR 22 sul retro. Risarcimento diretto Cos’è e come funziona!
Il risarcimento diretto è la procedura di rimborso assicurativo che permette a chi subisce un incidente stradale di essere risarcito direttamente dalla propria compagnia di assicurazione.
Questa procedura è in vigore dal Febbraio 2007 ed è valida solo per chi, ovviamente, non è responasabile dell’incidente, ossia lo subisce con un notevole snellimento delle pratiche di rimborso e una diminuzione dei tempi di attesa.
Sarà il tuo assicuratore, infatti, a rifarsi successivamente sulla compagnia di chi ha provocato l’incidente.
Ma vediamo nel dettaglio in cosa consiste il risarcimento diretto e come effettuare la richiesta alla tua compagnia di assicurazioni.
Risarcimento diretto in caso di incidente stradale
Per prima cosa è necessario sottolineare che il risarcimento diretto può essere richiesto solo in caso di incidente tra due veicoli con targa italiana regolarmente assicurati.
Nel caso una delle parti abbia una polizza auto con una compagnia straniera occorre controllare se questa abbia aderito al risarcimento diretto controllando l’elenco presente sul sito dell’Ania.
Il tuo assicuratore provvederà a risarcire i danni al tuo veicolo e i danni subiti dal conducente fino al 9% di invalidità e i danni ad eventuali oggetti trasportati.
Tutto il resto, invece, verrà risarcito dalla compagnia assicurativa della controparte seguendo il normale iter burocratico.
Come effettuare la richiesta di risarcimento diretto
Per prima cosa è necessario compilare l’apposito modulo blu di constatazione amichevole per denunciare il sinistro riportando le informazioni minime necessarie a comprendere le dinamiche dell’incidente:
- targhe dei due veicoli coinvolti;
- nomi degli assicurati;
- nomi delle compagnie;
- descrizione delle modalità dell’incidente;
- data dell’incidente;
- firma dei due conducenti o assicurati (se possibile) o firma
Se il modulo è firmato da entrambe le parti deve arrivarti risposta dalla tua compagnia di assicurazione entro 30 giorni, altrimenti ne sono previsti 60.
Al modulo blu bisogna affiancare, se pensi di avere ragione, la richiesta di risarcimento diretto: se non sai cosa scrivere puoi sempre scaricare un ottimo modello base dal sito dell’Ania.
Quando non è valido il risarcimento diretto
Ci sono dei casi previsti dalla legge in cui non è possibile richiedere il risarcimento diretto. Ad esempio nel caso di un incidente in cui siano coinvolti più di 2 veicoli o in cui il conducente abbia riportato dei gravi danni alla propria persona.
Inoltre non è mai possibile applicare questa procedura nel caso di incidenti avvenuti fuori dal territorio nazionale.
Risarcimento diretto – conclusioni
Il risarcimento diretto è uno strumento utilissimo che ti permette di velocizzare al massimo i tempi di attesa in caso di sinistro senza colpa e vedere riconosciuti i tuoi diritti in 30 o al massimo 60 giorni.
Per non incorrere in problemi il mio consiglio è quello di compilare in maniera accurata il modello di constatazione amichevole grazie al quale è possibile accertare con sicurezza le eventuali responsabilità.
